Pool Service : Maintenance

Pools, Patios and Porches have a wide variety of maintenance programs.  Our service techs are professional and knowledgeable about everything needed to keep your pool running and crystal clear.  We also provide a report on each visit to keep you informed of the status of the pool.  We also keep extensive records of each visit to be more proactive in the care of your pool.

 

 

Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly Programs

Includes: testing and balancing the water, vacuum pool, skim surface, empty skimmer and pump baskets, inspect automatic pool cleaner, inspect pumps and filters, backwash filter if applicable, add DE as needed, brush walls if necessary. Provide a report of visit and any chemicals added.  Cartridge filter cleaning will be an additional charge.

Vacation Sitting

Don’t leave the care of your pool to anyone other than a professional! Once to twice a week we will check on your pool to keep it in optimal running condition, so you can return from your vacation without the headache of trying to get your pool back to clear.

This program is for the pool owner that doesn’t have time to test the water or do the minimal tasks to keep your pool in optimal condition.  For owners with automatic pool cleaners only.
